We have flexible transportation services. Including EXT/FOB/CIF/CAF/DDU/DDP, etc.
All transportation time will be reported to customers in a timely and accurate manner, which will facilitate customers to track goods in real time.

Courier charges for sending of documents such as Bill of Lading are paid by GCpackaging where GCpackaging’s clearing agent is used at destination port for clearing. In cases, where the documents are required to be sent to client’s nominated clearing agent, the courier charges are paid by the client.

For clients using our logistics service, any freight or DDU costs are valid only till the valid till date. In case of no valid date, they are valid for no more than 7 days, as freight rates update on weekly basis. Any freight rates given in advance, for calculation purposes are for reference only and fresh quotes will be given at the time of shipment. Any random customs inspection at POL or POD would be billed for separately and are not part of the DDU quote.

Delays with sea shipments are very common and expected, before Christmas season (Oct-Nov) and before and after Chinese New Year (Jan-Mar), therefore clients are advised to account for these. We try our best to catch the earliest ship depending on the goods being ready, however, it is not uncommon for Shipping Companies to put off shipments to the next vessel, in case of an existing vessel being full (despite having a valid booking).

If a customer decides to postpone an order while the goods are ready to be dispatched, the request may be accepted by the seller, however if there is any increase in the freight rates compared to the rates prevailing at the time the shipment was due, the difference would be added to/deducted from the final invoice as applicable.

Courier fee for sending of samples to client or receiving samples from factories is not included in the GCpackaging service fees. If multiple rounds of sampling is required, as a client was not satisfied with the 1st round of samples, the sample and courier fee for all rounds is payable by the client.

For products sold on EXW basis, trucking fee to GCpackaging Warehouse is payable, where the client decides to use their own forwarding-agent.

When using a nominated forwarder, on avg. it can take 3-5 days longer than when using an GCpackaging supplier, as our logistics processes and documentation is integrated with our internal systems as with external client nominated logistic agents, they would ask for documents in their own format and time is also lost in back and forth logistics arrangements.

Any logistics quotes given expire on the “Valid Till” date at 5PM China time.
